Meet with the business users to gather and analyze the requirement and suggest best possible solution to the stake holders and get it approved.
Work with the technical team while assisting with the requirements and documentation of business needs/objectives, current operational procedures, problems, requirements, data scope, usage formatting, security requirements and levels of systems access.
Follow the SDLC to gather and analysis the business requirements and document them on the functional design document
Document the new requirements from the business and assist the technical team to understand the business requirement by providing them functional specification document.
Share the results of assessment with the stake holders providing an opportunity to see the final product serving as a reference point for future discussions and planning.
Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. Maintaining a to-do list and identifying the urgent vs. important tasks according to the business needs.
Agile methodology enables business users to provide their feedback at the end of each sprint, which helps to ensure that the system continually meet the client’s expectations. Perform the gap analysis to evaluate the difference between desired outcome and actual outcome, and what must be done to achieve a desired goal.
Must closely work with the end users and help them test the new system and create documentation and user manuals.
Create UAT test cases / user manuals and user guides for end users and stake holders.
Execute different scenarios to test the performance of the system.
Log the bugs / issues identified during the User Acceptance Testing and triage the bug with the technical team.
Provide solution to the end users for the bugs identified with the help of the technical team.
Take signoff on the test cases / user manuals from all the stake holders.
Conduct the cost/benefit analysis and allocate resources to task according to their experience and skill set to achieve cost efficiency.
Update the stake holders on the daily task progress and status.
Develop working relationship with key stakeholders and gain understanding of the basic nature of the client’s business by identifying the objectives, current operational procedures, problems, requirements, data scope, usage formatting, security requirements and levels of systems access.
Conduct interactive meetings by engaging all the stakeholders and end users and take advantage of the knowledge in the room.
Using the Agile methodology, develop a project plan and communicate the timelines to the cross functional team members and management in the retrospective and scrum meetings
Perform the risk management to identify and prioritize the risk involved and create the risk management plan to avoid the chances of project failing or not meeting its goals
Review the business users feedback and devise a strategy and suggest changes to improve the process
Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product.
Develop and manage a project plan and monitor the project’s progress / performance as well as of the resources assigned to the project.
Monitor multiple tasks related to the project and ensure that the there is no blocker that may effect the completion date of the project.
Analyze and design the complete workflow of the clients existing business process / system
Train the junior staff and guide them through various business processes.
Understand the day to day activities of the users and translate them to the stake holders and managers.
Develops documentation to include, but not limited to bulletins, manuals, file layouts and application design layouts for internal, client and training purposes. Prepares, coordinates, and assists with client training and documentation for installation of systems and upgrades.
Interact with the business stake holders and subject matters to understand their problem and needs.
Interact actively with the client, technicians and other managerial staff and gather their feedback and response on the existing / new system.
